Our family enjoyed our stay, thanks to the welcoming staff and delicious free breakfast. The king suite was spacious and clean, perfect for relaxation after a day exploring the area. Make sure to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast. it's a great way to start your day!

I loved the spacious suite with Two Double Beds. it felt perfect for our family. The made-to-order breakfast blew me away. Omelets were delicious, and the staff at breakfast were super friendly. The indoor pool was great for our kids, though it could use some cleaning. The location was handy for exploring Dallas. However, we faced a couple of issues. The only elevator was out of service, which made accessing our room a hassle at times. Our air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, especially during peak hours. We paid for parking, which didn’t sit right given the overall experience. Not having a crib ready on our arrival was disappointing too. I had to call maintenance, which took longer than expected. Overall, I had a good time but a few tweaks would really enhance the experience.

I truly enjoyed my stay. the hotel is well-decorated and inviting. The staff was incredibly attentive, assisting with my luggage and providing thoughtful recommendations. The spacious common areas made it easy for me to navigate comfortably as a senior.
